Why most people quit the ab wheel
Regular single-wheel roller
A narrow wheel wobbles side to side, your wrists carry the load, and there's nothing to help you back once you're stretched out. Most people stop after a few reps.
- Wobbly, hard to control
- Pressure on wrists
- No help on the way back
The Abdominal Wheel
A wide wheel base keeps you tracking straight, your forearms rest on padded elbow supports, and a built-in spring slows the roll-out and helps you return.
- Stable, wide base
- Elbow pads take the load
- Spring-assisted return
Designed for control
Wide, stable base
Wide wheels track straight on wood, tile or carpet, so you focus on your core instead of your balance.
Auto-rebound spring
The spring builds resistance as you roll out, then assists the return. Smoother reps, more control at full stretch.
Padded elbow supports
Rest your forearms on foam pads instead of gripping handles with bent wrists.
Timer + phone holder
Set 10 minutes, prop up a workout video or a show, and press go. Built for routines that stick.
3 steps, 10 minutes
-
1
Kneel & set your elbows
Kneel on the pad, rest your forearms on the elbow supports and grip the handles.
-
2
Roll out slowly
Brace your core and roll forward only as far as you can keep your back flat. The spring adds resistance as you go.
-
3
Let it bring you back
Pull back with your abs while the spring assists the return. Start with 3 sets of 8–12.

Questions, answered
Is it good for beginners?
Yes, that's who it's designed for. The elbow supports and the spring-assisted return make each rep more controlled than a regular wheel. Start with short roll-outs and go further as you get stronger.
How long should a workout take?
About 10 minutes. Use the built-in timer: 3–4 sets of 8–12 controlled roll-outs with short rests is a good start, 3–5 days a week.
Will it work on hardwood, tile or carpet?
Yes. The rubber-tread wheels roll on all three. Use the included knee pad on hard floors.
