Shipping Policy

Shipping cost

• Standard US shipping is a flat $5.99 per order.
• Orders of $100 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.
• Free gifts (like the Yoga Foam Roller added to orders over $100) never add a shipping charge.
• Any faster or international options and their prices are shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch. The exact window depends on the piece and your address. Larger or bulkier pieces occasionally take a little longer, and we’ll tell you if a timeline changes after you order.

Tracking

When your order ships you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Orders with more than one piece

If your order contains pieces held at different fulfilment locations, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. This is normal and doesn’t mean part of your order is missing.

Damaged, delayed or lost

If something arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace or refund it. If tracking stalls for 7+ business days, contact us and we’ll open a carrier investigation.
