FAQ

What's included in The Everyday Set?

Four core pieces — Walking Pad, Waist Twister Board, Chest & Arm Trainer, and Thigh Trainer — for $374.99 total, plus a Resistance Band Set and Yoga Foam Roller included free. See what's included.

Can I buy pieces individually?

Yes. Every product in The Everyday Set, and everything else we carry, is also sold on its own. Start with one piece and add the rest whenever you're ready.

Is the Waist Twister Board actually quiet?

Yes — it's rated ultra-quiet at 20dB, so it's suitable for apartments and shared walls without disturbing anyone nearby.

How much space do I need?

Every piece we carry is sized for small rooms and apartments. The Walking Pad and Waist Twister Board are the largest items; the rest tuck away easily when you're not using them.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and most deliveries arrive within 7–15 business days after that. Standard US shipping is a flat $5.99, and it's free on orders over $100. See our Shipping Policy for the full details.

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery. See our Refund & Return Policy for the current window and conditions. If something arrives damaged, email us a photo and we'll make it right.

Is there a warranty?

Warranty terms vary by piece and are noted on the product page where they apply. For anything else, contact us and we'll help.

Do I get a discount on my first order?

Yes — sign up and you'll get a code for 10% off your first order.

Can you help me choose?

Yes. Email us what you're working with — the room, your goals, and what you already own — and we'll tell you what we'd start with.
